Future play

How will play help us shape the future?

Future play saw musician and writer Pat Kane address how play and games are the building-blocks of human creativity and explore how new technologies – whether digital, robotic or biological – are amplifying our appetite for experimentation and competition.

FutureFest is bringing together the players - in sports, artificial intelligence, computer games, organisations, science and the arts - to demonstrate how play and games are helping us navigate the possibilities of the future.
